Pat's studio on the The Glen farm, Aireys Inlet, is surrounded by cattle, horses, native animals and the Great Otway National Park and the famous Great Ocean Road, give much inspiration.
She works in all mediums, is greatly influenced by the ever changing conditions of seascapes along the Great Ocean Road and the rural aspects of the working farm and loves working en plein air.
She has held 10 solo exhibitions, been a finalist for the past 3 years in the Mission to Seafarers Maritime Exhibition at Docklands & finalist in the National Equine Exhibition in Mansfield.
She completed a commission of 12 watercolours in 2018 for the GOR Chocolaterie & Icecreamery which images are used on their gourmet range of chocolates.
Pat has won many awards for her work and many of her paintings now hang in private collections in Australia and overseas, including ANL shipping lines Head Office in Docklands.
Her studio has been a part of the Surf Coast Arts Trail since its inception.
Pat is the past President and Treasurer of the Anglesea Art House, a country member of the Victorian Artists’ Society and a member of the Pastel Society of Australia.
She presently tutors weekly watercolour and oil classes.
She also conducts plein air workshops from the Glen Farm cottages, painting the coastline around Aireys Inlet, the Great Otway National Park and aspects of farm life.
